- Abseiling is a thrilling activity that involves descending a vertical rock face while controlling your speed on the rope. It can be both challenging and rewarding, providing an adrenaline rush like no other! At Ascension Adventures, we can help you start small and work your way up to bigger drops, such as a 150-foot descent in the Lakeland Cathedral Quarry. We will provide expert supervision to ensure your safety and help you build confidence.
