The booking form specifically includes: name; date of birth; address; telephone numbers; name and contact details of next of kin; medical information such as allergies, medication, illnesses or treatments that may be relevant to the booked activities; photo and social media consent.
We only collect this information with the clear consent of the client. The completed booking forms are securely stored, and only necessary information such as client’s name and contact number, next of kin name and contact number, and medical information is shared electronically with the instructor to ensure the safety and well-being of the client during the booked activity. Once the activity is completed the instructor will delete this information from their electronic device.
In addition, we may collect non-personal information such as your IP address, location data, and other communication data that help us understand how visitors use our website.
Special Category Data.
When providing our services, we may need to collect sensitive personal data such as information about your physical or mental health. We will only collect this information when necessary to deliver our services to you.
